Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Warranty Policy:
All Tacteagle products are covered by a 2-years limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team at Contact@TactEagle.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure the package reaches us safely.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
